Antingen till den som sj\u00e4lv \u00e4r nyfiken och vill prova eller till den som snart f\u00e5r en vegan som g\u00e4st p\u00e5 middag och vill <a href=\"https:\/\/www.valjvego.se\/6-fantastiskt-goda-efterratter\">bjuda p\u00e5 n\u00e5got gott<\/a> till denne. Det positiva \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 att det \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt smidigt och enkelt att g\u00f6ra smulpaj och \u00e4ven i vegansk tappning. Men det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 n\u00e5got som g\u00e5r att f\u00f6rbereda i f\u00f6rhand och sk\u00f6ter sig sj\u00e4lv i ugnen, vilket kan vara en f\u00f6rdel ibland.<\/p>\n<h2>Smulpaj<\/h2>\n<p>V\u00e4lj sj\u00e4lv vilken typ av frukt eller b\u00e4r du f\u00f6redrar. Exempel: bl\u00e5b\u00e4r, smultron, jordgubbar eller rabarber. Men frysta g\u00e5r utm\u00e4rkt det ocks\u00e5 om s\u00e5 \u00f6nskas. Sprid ut smultronen och bl\u00e5b\u00e4ren i en pajform och str\u00f6 sedan \u00f6ver sockret. Se till s\u00e5 att det blandas \u00f6verallt.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rdela sm\u00f6ret i mindre bitar och blanda ihop det med resterande ingredienser i en bunke tills du f\u00e5r en ordentlig deg. Som du sedan kan smula \u00f6ver smultronen och bl\u00e5b\u00e4ren i formen.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda i ca 20 minuter (beroende p\u00e5 ugn) tills pajen f\u00e5tt en brun och fin f\u00e4rg.
